That’s what every person wants to find when they are away from home. When feeling lonely and hungry, stressed and overwhelmed. For the Jewish student attending university, they are not only away from home for the first time, they are in an environment foreign to their Jewish soul.
You make it happen!
Chabad provides religious, educational, and recreational programming for RIT's community of Jewish students, faculty, and staff. This fund supports the overall operational needs of Chabad including, but not limited to, staffing programming, and events. With your donation, you provide a safe place for every Jewish student. Truly a home away from home.
$240,000 is needed for Chabad at RIT to run for a year.

Matching Gifts
Double the value of your gift! Matching Gift Programs are provided as an employee benefit in many companies in the U.S. These programs vary as to the amount matched, but generally offer a dollar-for-dollar match when an employee makes a personal gift to a nonprofit organization.
To find out if your company offers a matching gift program, search the online matching gift company list. You can search by company or subsidiary name and find out matching ratios, company contacts, etc. Check directly with your human resources or matching gift coordinator to find out how your company handles matching gifts.
AND, if your spouse or partner also works for a matching gift company, you may be able to TRIPLE the value of your gift.
